Lodging

A block of sleeping rooms is available for lodging at Gila River Resorts - Wild Horse Pass. The rooms are available at the prevailing Government per diem rate of $229 per night for single or double occupancy. The room cost will be $229, plus 13% in taxes ($29.77), for a total of $258.77 per night.

The group rate will be available until Monday, March 10, 2025.

The check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time [MST]), and the checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. (MST).

Please be aware that the credit card/debit card holder must match the name on the reservation. If the credit card/debit card you are using for check-in is associated with a bank or checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the Wild Horse Pass Resort, including estimated incidentals in the amount of $50 per night, through your date of checkout. Such funds will be released after departure and may take as many as 7–10 business days to be returned to your account at the discretion of your financial institution.

The hotel has a 48-hour, prior-to-arrival cancellation policy.

If cancellations are not received at least 48-hours prior to arrival date (no later than 6PM Arizona time), one night room rate and tax will be applied to your card.

Gila River Resorts - Wild Horse Pass has been owned and operated by the Gila River Indian Community in Arizona for more than 25 years. The property is located approximately 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Wild Horse Pass Resort offers nonsmoking guestrooms, pillowtop beds, blackout drapes/curtains, flat screen TVs with premium channels; access to free high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi), an in-room safe, refrigerators, and coffee and tea.

Hotel Amenities

Business Center

The Business Center is located on the first floor on the lobby level across from the Ocotillo meeting rooms. The center is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pool

Gila River Resorts - Wild Horse Pass has two outdoor pools; the Oasis and Serenity (adults-only) pools are open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Food and beverage service and cabana rentals are available.

Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is available 24 hours per day and features cardio machines, Peloton bikes, strength-training equipment, and exercise mats. Towels and filtered water are available at no charge.

Parking

The Wild Horse Pass Resort offers guests complimentary self-parking and valet parking. (Gratuities are encouraged.)

Prime Steakhouse, a Shula’s Steak House

This restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 4:00 to 11:00 p.m.; and Sunday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Fullhouse Café®

This restaurant is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Aroma Coffee & Pasticceria

This restaurant is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Fatburger®

This restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Rizzo’s

This restaurant is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Ling & Louie Asian Bar and Grill

This restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
